  7. Regards ,
I had taken bank loan from Sbi oshiwara Mumbai branch they forwarded housing loan application to RCPC branch BKC MUMBAI.
I had registry in my self, wife, major daughter, and minor son as I am an cancer patient.
Now when I got registry done in our names, SBI refused to pay housing loan because the son is minor.
I did not had any option except to delete minor son's name from sale deed which was already registered,
I want to know that when I purchase a property jointly with three adults earning members with one minor under situation ,why Sbi insisted me to delete my son's name from the property and under what rule Sbi dictated verbally for rectification of my sons name from property before they released the initial loan amount?
Also can I re rectified my son's name on the property ? I was told for doing this I shall be needing NOC from Sbi.
Why Sbi is not replying of my regular reminders on the subject?
