National Insurance Company Ltd (NIC) recruitment of Administrative Officers (AO) – NICL is recruiting the Administrative Officers in different insurance companies through an Online Written Exam. Unfortunately the Syllabus and Pattern of Exam is not briefly mentioned by NICL recruitment board.

Due to Non Availability of Syllabus of Exam, aspirants are preparing keeping Banking Exam or LIC AAO exam syllabus in their mind. We have summarized the syllabus and Pattern of NICL AO exam , Which may help the aspirants in cracking the NICL Exam ?

SYLLABUS Of NICL AO

There are two types of Exam which are conducted i.e General Officers and Specialist Officers. Syllabus are little different for both Generalist Officers and Specialist Officers.

Syllabus For General Officers : Syllabus is very much similar to Bank PO or IBPS Exam, Except in reasoning and GS. In reasoning the Level of Paper is little lower than Bank’s PO and for General Awareness paper question are asked from the conservative areas like History, Geography etc also.

One need to prepare for General Awareness with Old facts also.

For Specialist Officers there will be an extra paper from their areas of specialization i.e Marketing, Finance, HR etc.

Pattern of exam for NICL AO will be very similar to NICL Assistant exam.

• Technical / Professional Knowledge in the relevant discipline – 20 Marks
