Hello aspirants. This is my first and last attempt for Assistant Commandant Exam this year. Please assist me with the necessary physical credentials for this exam. My weight is 90kgs and I am 5ft11inches.
reduce ur weight upto 75 kg……….practice 800m run in 3:40, long jump 12 feet, 100m in 16 sec, shot put 7 kg throw to 15 feet. if u think u will cross written exam then start preparing because mostly call for P T will come within month after written exam result declaration.to reduce ur weight run long distance wearing full jacket and immediately cover ur body with blanket let sweat come out as much as you can tolerate.i think this will help and best of luck.
