Eamcet and ICET Web counselling

Andhra Pradesh EAMCET official are saying that Eamcet and ICET counselling in August.The officials expected less than 10,000 seats to be added this year, but to their shock, nearly 30,000 more seats were sanctioned by the AICTE giving permission to new colleges as well as increasing the intake in the existing institutions.

The delay in Eamcet counselling, which the officials planned to complete in the last week of July, is due to two factors..

First, Eamcet final ranks are delayed this year as the officials decided to wait till the results of revaluation and recounting are out, and the second is the sanction of a large number of colleges this year by the AICTE despite the State government sending signals against it.
