CBSE UGC NET 2017 – CBSE has cancelled the UGC NET exam of July 2017 and asked for fresh application for 5th November exam. The online application starts from August 1 and the last date to submit the form is August 30. The expected date for start of online filling of application form through CBSE UGC website is 24th July. Detailed notification about fresh exam, Online application and other details will be available on cbsenet.nic.in.

CBSE UGC NET provide scope for the post of assistant professor and enables them to conduct research on their post-graduate subject through a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). It was conducted twice every year with one round in July and the other in November.
Each year only 4% of the candidates pass this exam. UGC doesn’t want to conduct the exam for NET twice a year.
