RBI Grade B Officers Exam 2015 – This year onward there is a major changes in the syllabus and pattern of RBI Grade B officers Exam recruitment. Earlier the Grade B officers exam were conducted on usual pattern i.e. Prelims, Mains and Interview and the seniority of the different level of the people recruited are different.
RBI through internal assessment came to the conclusion that that the recruitment process needed to change as per the changing financial environment. Hence there is a requirement of consistent change in the recruitment process.
“Starting from 2015, there shall be common recruitment for all core functions of the bank,” the RBI said in an internal report on HR initiatives.
The Reserve Bank Services Board hopes to complete the entire recruitment cycle within three to four months.
