Do SSC Held CGL exam in 2014 ?

it is rumored that that the SSC (Staff Selection Commission) wouldn’t conduct the Combined Graduate Level Exam (CGL) in 2014 due to election. It was also said that due to implementation of model code of conduct in Election Year, SSC wouldn’t conduct the exam as per the schedule.

I don’t know how much truth in this Bakwaas but Good one is that SSC has released the Time Table for Upcoming Examination in Year 2014.

Tentative dates

• CGL-2014 Tier 1= 27.04.2014 (Sunday)  & 04.05.2014 (Sunday) – Application start date 18^th Jan 2014
• CGL-2014 Tier 2= 30.08.2014 (Saturday) (AN) &31.08.2014  (Sunday)
• SSC Combined Higher Secondary exam (10+2)= 02.11.2014(Sunday)  & 09.11.2014 (Sunday)
• SI in CAPFs, ASI in CISF and SI in Delhi Police : 22.06.2014 (Sunday) (Paper-I) and 21.09.2014(Sunday) (Paper-II)
