Good News for Candidates who had passed the PT exam of Assistant Recruitment for Bihar Sachivalaya Sahayak Exam conducted by BSSC in 2011. Now Patna High Court has given a big relief to government and BSSC by delivering the judgement for BSSC Combined Graduate Level Sachivalay Sahayak Examination.
Hight Court has given order in case no. CWJC 10268/2012 in favor of Government and directed the BSSC to conduct the mains exam with certain conditions :
1. For releasing additional result with deletion of wrong question
2. New band of cutoff will also be declared
3. It is decided to incorporate earlier 925 passed students with 1500 new will be added
It is also ordered to declare the new cutoff with additional PT results of Bihar Sachivalaya Sahayak within 10 working days.. It is decided to conduct the main exam on 12-12-2012
