Technology based Indian Private Sector bank Karnataka Bank Ltd. has released the 1000 vacancies of Clerks. Selection will be based on IBPS CWE – Clerk Scorecard and Personal Interview.
Based on the Score of Candidates of the IBPS CWE Clerks candidates will be screened for Personal Interview. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview. There will not be any Written test for Karnataka Bank Ltd. exam.
Only the criteria is that the applicant must have 24 marks in all the five papers of the CWE exam.
Qualification Graduates with a minimum of 50% marks /equivalent grade from any recognized university. Candidates should be computer literate and able to speak Hindi & English
Age Limit 28 years as on 01.08.2012 i.e. candidates born on or after 31-07-1984 only are eligible to apply. The age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidate.
Application Fee (Non refundable) ` 100/- [` 20/- in the case of SC/ST candidates] to be paid via NEFT or Challan
Selection Process :
1. Only those candidates who are qualified in the Common Written Examination for recruitment of Clerical personnel conducted by IBPS in 2011 and possess a valid score card issued by IBPS and depending upon ranking in the order of merit based on the Total Weighted Standard Score shall be called for a personal interview in the ratio of 1:4.
2. Number of applications will be restricted to 1000 per state/union territory in the descending order of merit in the respective states/UT
3. The total number of candidates to be interviewed will be only 4000
4. Selected candidates should execute a Bond to work for a minimum period of three years
Appointment & Emoluments Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of six months and on satisfactory completion of the probationary period, will be confirmed, subject to rules and regulations of the Bank. Salary as per Industry Level Settlements (Cost to Company comes to around ` 16500/-p.m.)
