Engineering Services Exam Answer key Electrical Engineering , Indian Engineering Services (IES) conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for recruitment to the Indian Engineering Services (IES).
There are two objective exams for each paper separately and each being of 2 hrs in duration.
Electrical Engineering Paper I consist of 120 Multiple choice Objective type Questions. There will be negative marking for wrong answer.

hello eveyone i have scord 270/600 in objective paper in electical branch but done a mistake that i have not striked out the blank page in the answer which was written to be done ,i guess they will not check the paper after the blank page,lets see waiting for the result
hi i would like to know whether there will be separate cut off for each paper(like separate cut off for each general ability,objective 1 and objective 2 ) or a combined cut off for all objective papers?
there is no separate cutoff for each paper.They consider combined cutoff of all the three papers....

i guess you are getting 270 in objective papers combined,if that is the case going by the previous records u r way above the cutoffs.B ready for the interview

paper -I and general ability was comparatively easy than paper-II.... while in conventional paper i find paper-II was little bit tough.... paper-I was also very lengthy one.......
