1. Do Bank Employee working with Public or Private Bank get extended age relaxation benefit ?
Ans : Yes, According To RBI Advertisement For candidates having experience as an officer in Commercial Bank/Financial Institution in Public Sector, upper age limit is relaxed to the extent of number of years of such experience subject to a maximum of three years. For such candidates, upper age limit should not exceed 33 years including experience.
For experience, probationary period will not be reckoned.
2. Do I need To send Hard Copy of Online Application ?
Ans. Yes, Both Online / Offline Application are to be sent to RBI by 26-09-2011 by ordinary post.
3. Unable to open the Online Application link for Apply ?
Ans. Try to apply through IE (Internet Explorer) browser.

RBI has various department with different types of job profile...it all depends on where you get your posting...Treasury and core operation are Interesting but field and liaising profile are boring. Waise RBI Grade B officers are the Junior most post and the maximum scale for the this post if Deputy Governor...If a candidates with MBA degree and having other certification in Banking and finance and under the age of 30 will surely be reaching at the post of deputy Governor of RBI for good time....It's not good, it's WONDERFUL....

the advertisement says you get upto four increments based on your profile
it is purely depends on the board of the RBI....it's tough to say now....it will depend on the Individual performance in written as well as in Interview...it's also matter how do you present your knowledge in front of RBI interview board....?

It seems you working with some banks...anyway don't worry about this ...prepare for the Interview..You can't do anything right now....once they start sending the Call letter or upload the list of eligible candidates for the WE test, then only you come to know abt it.....

And another think is that i failed to write above envelope is the application form for 'B' GRADE OFFICER DR. Will my form will accepted or rejected plz inform me. Will i get admit card.
