Syndicate Bank PO Exam was held on 29th of August 2010. Exam paper was consist of four options covering Quantitative Aptitude, English, General Awareness, Verbal Reasoning and Computer. Total of 250 Questions under 2 and 1/2 Hours.
The feedback of exam was not very healthy from candidates views. The exam paper was little tough and were unexpected. GK paper was very tough and many students compare this GK paper of Syndicate bank with IAS prelims paper. Input was more from the current affairs .
Computer was also above average. Compare to other Bank PO exam , Syndicate Bank PO paper was really tough. Expert from the Banking Recruitment says that the average sectional cut-off will be as low as 25% in General Awareness and Computer.
In My view Candidates who have scored more than 30% in all section will clear the written exam since the Number of Post is fairly good in This time. Results will be declared at the end of September 2010
I must say that the quality of Bank’s PO paper is going Up and UP. There is a Need for Systematic plan for Banking Exam Preparation. If you have given the Syndicate Bank PO exam , Please share your feedback here and Help other.

Ravi, The pattern of Indian Banks PO Exam are changing and it's getting tougher day by day....It's now require a great dedication to clear the exam.
I given this exam and seen that reasoning and quanty become tough
whear as the gk and computer was good the computer section was easy for me, gk need the regular rading and good knowledge of all areas such as sports , politics,awards, my expeeriance said that always there is questions asked on these topic so go prepaired for po.The model and other papers on this site help u lot computer is section which i gone through helped me.
Talking about english section need time management was lenghty
error detection was on average level good preperation can be easily crecke this section in quanty DI DS Statement and assumtion , those was good and the serise non verbal reasing become challenging section i ever seen difficulty level become
really high so come toughly prepaired for next po exams best of luck.
