IDBI Bank exam for recruitment of nearly 500 executives on contract was held today. IDBI will post these executives initially on contract for first three years with fixed salary after that they would be placed on company roll after satisfactory performance and feedback.
Exam for IDBI bank was conducted on same pattern of IBPS or any other PO exam.Level of question were also the same as like IBPS. There would be sectional cutoff in each of the paper . Candidates need to score above the cutoff in each section. Candidates who score above the cutoff in each section will be called for interview.
IDBI will call the student for interview in 1:3 ratio. Marks of written with interview will be considered for making final cutoff.
