  1. entropy remains same in closed system adiabatic process, but here adiabatic process is associated with a flow (open system) process.

  2. in qus 10 of ME set B paper… its given work done and heat transfer to the sysytem are positive… so i think the answer should be "D". if i am wrong plz correct…

  3. There is a question number 21 in set c and same question in set b number is 5.
    Both shud have the same answer but you have given different answers.

    This is also same in some other question Q. no. 4 in Set C and Q no. 22 in Set B.

  4. In set -b of gate 2011 of mechanical engineering, how ans. can be C option as entropy remains same in an adiabatic process. So entropy change should be zero and answer should be B option.
