How to apply: Download the application form, courier the completed application form and a demand draft for Rs 1000/- in favor of Asian School of Business payable at Trivandrum to Asian School of Business, Technopark, Trivandrum-695581, Tel 0471-6579001/2, the envelope should be clearly marked Admissions

If you are appearing for an evaluation, group discussion/personal interview session in any centre and have not yet sent us an application form, you can email the completed form to lekshmi@asbindia.in and remit Rs 1000/- as demand draft payable to Asian School of Business, Trivandrum or in cash at the centre you are appearing

We will acknowledge receipt of your application via an email with an application number, which should be cited in all future communications. Simultaneously, we will courier a hard copy of the admissions brochure to you

The ASB application and admissions brochure are also available to applicants through mail on payment of Rs 100 by demand draft

Evaluation process: Applicants for admission are evaluated based on the ASB evaluation process which considers past academic performance, extra curricular activities, work experience, if any and performance in the ASB Aptitude test, group discussion and personal Interview. The ASB Aptitude Test, group discussion/personal interview will be conducted together on convenient dates in centres across the country

Timelines: Round 1 of the ASB admission process is closed. Next round of admissions is open till July 31, 2010. Candidates with work experience and those who have completed their graduation will find it advantageous to apply early

Eligibility criteria: Candidates applying for the ASB PGPM should have at least a 3 year university degree in any discipline from an institution recognized by the AIU, with not less than 50% in part 3 courses. Candidates appearing for their final year degree examinations may also apply. Such candidates, if selected, must produce proof of completion of their graduation by the time they join the PGPM and their passing certificates and testimonials latest by 31st October, 2010

Display of your motivation for management education through participation in any of the management entrance tests such as CAT, MAT, or any other conducted by reputed institutions will enhance your chances of success in the ASB admission process

Scholarships: The George M Thomas foundation scholarships are offered to promote academic excellence by providing fee concessions purely on merit. Continuation of scholarship in subsequent terms after admission is contingent on continued excellence in academic performance in the previous term

Scholarships will be given as part reimbursement of installments paid as per the regular fee schedule applicable to all selected participants. ASB’s decisions with regard to eligibility and quantum are final. Loss of eligibility to scholarship in any one term will automatically debar the candidate from eligibility in subsequent terms

The following scholarships are available; 2 scholarships of Rs 4,00,000/- each; 4 scholarships of Rs 3,00,000/- each; 10 scholarships of Rs 2,00,000 each

ASB’s decisions with regard to eligibility and quantum are final. Loss of eligibility for the scholarship in any one term will automatically debar the candidate from eligibility in subsequent terms. ASB’s decisions on minimum acceptable term-wise academic performance for continuation of eligibility for scholarship is final

Eligibility criteria for scholarships: Minimum 95 percentile in CAT; minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and graduation; position in merit list of ASB admission
