IBPS Specialist Officers – II Interview Schedule,Allotment of Banks

IBPS has Declared te Seat Allotment process with Interview schedule for Specialist Officers Phse II candidates who are found eligible based on the score published for Common Written Exam (CWE) for Specialist Officers (CWE SPL II).

Intimations for interview schedule and bank allotment process will be sent by email and/ sms to the email ID and mobile number registered in the online application form for CWE SPL-II. Candidates are however advised to regularly keep in touch with the authorised IBPS website www.ibps.in for details and updates.

Candidates who are shortlisted in CWE SPL-II will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations. Candidates are required to download their interview call letters from authorised IBPS website www.ibps.in. Interviews will be conducted at select centres.

Please note that any request regarding change in date, centre etc. of interview will not be entertained. However the conducting agencies reserve the right to change the date/ venue/ time/ centre etc. of interview.

On completion of the interview process, IBPS will declare the result of Common Interview, which can be viewed on the IBPS website. IBPS will also make available on its website a notification giving the indicative post-wise and category wise vacancies in Participating Organisations.

Candidates shortlisted in both CWE and interview are advised to log on to IBPS website at www.ibps.in, click on the appropriate link, enter their Registration Number and Password and register their order of preference for the Participating Organisations. This is the only valid means of indicating preferences for Participating Organisations and no other means will be accepted.

Depending on the available vacancies, candidates shortlisted for registering preferences will be allotted to one of the Participating Organisations in order of merit cum preference or otherwise, keeping in view the spirit of Govt.

Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc. A candidate belonging to reserved category who is selected on the basis of norms as applicable to General category will be treated at par with a General category candidate for drawing up the merit list. Such a candidate will not be adjusted against a reserved post. However his/her allotment to
an Organisation would be done by treating him/her as if he/she has qualified as a reserved category candidate.

The decision of IBPS in allotment of successful candidates to a Participating Organisation shall be final and binding upon the selected candidates. However IBPS reserves the right to cancel, re-allot candidates to Organisations depending upon exigencies or otherwise. Offer of appointment is solely the decision of the Participating Organisations and shall be final and binding. IBPS has no role here.
